- This form is to be used to pay for a subscription. If you have not already received a price quote, please contact us at hello@sumdog.com or call 877-978-6364.
- Typically, new subscriptions run for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in your price quote.
- Renewal subscriptions run for 12 months from the current subscription expiration date, unless otherwise specified in your price quote.
- Class subscriptions can be moved to a new class at the beginning of a new school year.
- Subscriptions typically take 1 business day to be activated on the account.
