How to edit your child’s login details if your child’s account is linked to a school
If your child’s account is also linked to a school, only their teacher, or another registered teacher at the school, will be able to edit their login details.
If you need to make any changes to your child’s login details you will need to speak to the relevant teacher in order to have them update the account.
How to edit your child’s login details if your child’s account is only linked to your family account
These instructions explain how to edit your child’s password. This can only be done if your child’s account is not linked to a school.
You cannot change your child’s username as these must be unique. Schools can change children’s usernames as they must also use a school code to log in.
Click ‘Settings’ on your parent dashboard
Click ‘EDIT’ in the ‘Children’ box
Click ‘reset’ under the column named Password.
If there is no option to reset the password, your child’s account is linked to a school and you should contact the school if you would like the password to be reset
