How to update the payment details on your Apple account
If you had signed up for a parent account through the Sumdog app on your Apple device the payment details for your subscription would be managed through your Apple ID. This page will explain how you can update your payment details if you are being billed for the Sumdog family subscription through Apple.
If you are having trouble accessing your Apple account or updating your payment you will need to contact Apple support who manages the payment.
Accessing your Apple account through a computer
Open iTunes (Apple).
At the top of the computer screen or iTunes window, select Account > View My Account (and sign in).
Select Manage Payments next to Payment Information.
Update the payment details accordingly.
Click ‘Done’ to save your new payment details.
Accessing your Apple account through a iPad/iPhone
Open the Settings app on your iPad/iPhone.
Select your name > iTunes & App Stores.
Click on your Apple ID > View Apple ID, and sign in, if prompted.
Click on Manage Payments.
Add or update your payment details accordingly.
