Note: The subscription can only be cancelled from the same account which was used to purchase the subscription

How to Change Your Payment Details

STEP 1: To change your payment details, first cancel your Sumdog subscription for all of your children using the instructions above.

Don’t worry – they won’t lose any progress, but do note that premium access will end immediately. It’s best to do this just before the subscription renews!

STEP 2: Sign up for a new subscription by following the instructions here and enter your new payment details.

When payment has been taken, you’ll again have access to all of Sumdog’s great premium features for your subscribed children
